My ideal client is a high-achieving professional who appears capable, grounded, and successful on the outside—but privately feels exhausted, emotionally overextended, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the clients I work with are Black women in leadership, caregiving, or high-responsibility roles who have spent years being reliable, resilient, and “the strong one,” often at the expense of their own needs. Others are high-performing men and women who carry similar pressure, responsibility, and emotional load.
