I work with patients in various settings with a successful record of demonstrating skills in identifying human behavior and obtaining wellness and balanced life outcome by utilizing skills in a therapeutically supportive and beneficial methodology. As a Mental Health Psychotherapist, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) practitioner, and First Responder, among other areas of expertise, the crucial component in my work is 'Demystifying the 'STIGMA' of Psychotherapy.' As a professional practitioner, my goal is to help my patients successfully navigate life's challenges, feel a greater sense of freedom and possibility, and lead more satisfying lives. The decision to seek therapy can be both exciting and daunting, and finding the right therapist to work with is essential.
