A sanctuary where you can begin initiating and establishing positive change, new supportive routines and self-reflection in your life, also exploring areas that may hold many significant answers to your own journey of growth by allowing for spaces of healing and reflection that resonate with where you wish to head next. My practice is unique in joining evidence based psychotherapeutic approaches with spirituality based exploration, integration and training as the catalyst of growth and root source healing as a tool to help you navigate and uncover the healer within.
