We understand that mental health is deeply personal and often influenced by the world around us. Our practice is dedicated to providing culturally competent care that honors your unique background, especially for those within marginalized communities who have historically felt unseen or misunderstood by traditional healthcare systems. In Addition, we are also offering long-term transitional/sober living housing with Treatment that consists of weekly individual and group sessions. Mental health challenges and addiction don’t just affect the individual—they ripple through our marriages, our families, and our daily lives. We know dealing with things that bring us shame can be isolating, some of us have been there, let us help you heal through shame and help you start thriving through life.
