I believe every person has a story to tell. And every person’s story is unique. I offer a warm, welcoming space in which clients can freely and safely reveal their present as well as their past—and craft their continuing story for the future. I help clients explore their individual narratives, unique experiences, challenges, relationships, thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and unpack issues that cause difficulty and distress. I utilize a person-centered approach and employ a variety of techniques to promote self-growth and healing.
