Maybe you are also struggling with sleep deprivation, if you are, there is relief available to you. So many times, I have heard people say that they have spent a great deal of couch time elsewhere before they tried EMDR. To see the relief and victory that they achieve by using EMDR in a relatively short period of time is just wonderful. EMDR is hard work, but the benefits of doing this therapy can last a lifetime. I am part of a small, distinguished group of people who have received a great deal of training as an EMDR therapist. My official role is as a Approved Consultant, which means not only can I treat people with this therapy, but I can advise other therapists as they are learning EMDR. I have over 14 years of experience. I am also Certified EMDR.
