For the past thirty years I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a wide variety of mental health settings, with the majority of my career at McLean Hospital, the preeminent psychiatric hospital in the country. My treatment is directed by the fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Commitment Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
