I guide WOMEN to move beyond the exhausting cycle of self-sacrifice and anger, embrace saying ‘no’ as a form of self-care, and create space for their needs without feeling like shit about it. Together we can reclaim your authentic self, rebuild your sense of worth, establish boundaries that actually stick, and learn to prioritize yourself—without the guilt. We’ll identify family patterns, cultural messages, and societal expectations that convinced you that self-care is selfish. We’ll work to cultivate self-compassion and inner strength—not the fake "treat yourself" BS, but genuine empowerment. You are not selfish for wanting more!
