My clients want to tap into their inner wisdom for important answers, but don’t know how. I guide them with therapeutic art directives to gain this knowledge visually. It a way to access this information held within ourselves instead of just “talking it through”. By working expressively with art materials, one can view their life from a different perspective, from a different set of lenses-if you will.
