Welcome to my website! I have been licensed as a Professional Counselor for 24 years. I work with couples, adults with anxiety and depression. Strategies include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, looking at sources of stress and finding healthy ways to cope such as sleep, and exercise. In addition, I am Certified as a Nutrition Coach and have group called Mood, Food and Attitude for clients whose depression, anxiety and stress lead to making unhealthy food choices.
