I believe that there is no "perfect therapy" for everyone. I feel that using an eclectic approach drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on the needs of the individuals is the best way to help them through whatever is facing them at that moment.I believe that therapy is fluid not straight forward. I work with each individual by meeting them where they are and helping guide them in the direction they want to go based upon what they are sharing in sessions. No one knows your issues or how to fix them better than you do; I just want to help you along your journey to healing.
