My name is James and I believe that all individuals possess the innate wisdom, resources, and power to overcome their current struggles and heal from trauma. My work as a guide is dedicated to helping you reclaim these resources. This process involves establishing a safe, non-judgmental environment and integrating insights from the collective wisdom of self-discovery and healing which comes from your own resources once the fog of trauma is removed.
