My name is Tasha Morris and I'm here to offer you that support, and to partner with you as we navigate toward accomplishing your mental health goals. Whether you are struggling in your interpersonal relationships, with anxiety or depression, or have more serious concerns, I'd like to walk beside you as we navigate your path to wellness together. I have extensive experience working with addiction, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I have training in grief, trauma, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and have earned a EMDRPT-II EMDR certification. From there, we will set up a time for your biopsychosocial spiritual assessment during which areas of need and therapy goals are identified. After this, we will set up individual, couples, or family therapy sessions, as appropriate to meet your needs.
