I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of repeated success guiding individuals of diverse backgrounds toward improved mental and emotional health. Providing support to individuals having a tough time being human feels second nature. I didn't grow up in a community that encouraged attention to mental health but going through my own struggles helped me realize its importance. I treat adults, aged 20 and up, who are challenged with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
