I work with adults who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or burdened by past events that continue to affect their present lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from “just coping” and ready for meaningful change. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where healing can occur at your own pace. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and grounded in trust. I am a licensed mental health therapist who specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, an evidence-based approach proven to help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.
