Welcome. I have been providing care to patients for 10+ years in several practice areas. I have worked as a high school social worker, a substance abuse counselor, a geriatric counselor for families with a dementia diagnosis, and finally a private practice clinical therapist. I pride myself on having a diverse caseload and supporting patients who struggle with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues and more. I believe in a healthy, stable environment where patients can open up in a non-judgmental space to work to be the best versions of themselves. I offer care to both individuals and couples in crisis, those who are working on addiction, managing a mental health diagnosis and those looking to improve the direction and quality of their lives. My practice is telehealth based, allowing me to literally meet patients wherever they need to be.
