Specialized therapy to meet the unique needs of twins & multiple birth families. Twins share a bond that is unlike any other. It begins prior to birth, and lasts a lifetime. It can be a source of strength and lifelong connection—but it can also bring challenges that others may not fully understand. As a therapist with specialized expertise in twin dynamics, I provide a supportive space to explore the unique complexities and challenges of being—or raising—twins. My practice is also dedicated to working with twinless twins—those who lost their twin before birth, in childhood, or in adulthood, as they navigate the grief process. Whether you're a twin struggling to define yourself as an individual, a twinless twin carrying the weight of unspeakable grief, or a parent trying to navigate the challenges of parenting twins, I provide a space where those complexities can be explored.
