With over 30 years experience working with law enforcement and Veterans, I understand the unique circumstances facing those who serve, and their families. People who care for others, are always putting others first, but you can take care of you, too. I also understand the reluctance to ask for professional help when you’re struggling. The divorce rate, suicide rate and propensity for alcohol abuse with those who sacrifice so much doesn’t have to be the norm. I have a direct but compassionate approach, with experience with PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, anger management and a variety of others. I also take NYS insurance plans, Tricare, Medicare, and have a sliding fee scale.
