Clients come to my practice looking for a therapist who can get to the root of their problem. I help clients overcome anxiety, set boundaries, process unresolved trauma, and improve relationships. I have a nurturing, caring personality which I combine with practical therapeutic solutions in order to help you reach your goals and achieve change. I work with clients who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed but have the desire to improve. Clients who are highly motivated to start working on themselves. I also specialize in complex ptsd C-PTSD, codependency, and attachment.
