Everyone faces pressures and stress in life. Life transitions are oftentimes the gateway towards seeking support. You may be struggling with unhealthy relationship dynamics, family of origin wounding, perfectionism or the need to be "good enough" for others. You may feel trapped by negative thinking patterns or beliefs. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, loneliness or fear. I work collaboratively with clients in an effort to alleviate and heal emotional pain and suffering, alter negative thought patterns and behaviors, learn new and authentic ways of experiencing relationships and experience self-love along the way.
