I have found that therapy can be even more useful by meeting you in the context you are in. Meeting you while you are parenting can better tackle your parenting goals. Mind-body health goals can be achieved even better when we use therapy virtually while you’re on a walk. Teaching you to take valuable breaks in your day, is a therapy approach that can be even more helpful as you reset from your office. This is not your average teletherapy.
