At Therapy.TheOutlet, we help teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, angry, anxious, or unsure of who they are. Many of them are going through tough times and don’t know how to handle their emotions or where to turn. Deep down, they want peace, purpose, and to feel close to God again. They want to stop feeling stuck. They want to think better, live better, and grow stronger—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s why we use practical tools from therapy and the truth of God’s Word to help them renew their minds and transform their lives. I utilize evidence based practices however my approach is holistic addressing each person's spiritual, physical, social and emotional areas of health and functionality.
