It is my goal to assist clients in recognizing and maximizing their strengths so that they can experience more enjoyment in their lives. By providing a safe, supportive and understanding environment I am able to help my clients in making healthy changes. I truly enjoy collaborating with clients to address areas of concern and to facilitate growth. My approach to therapy is non-traditional, solution focused and very effective. Therapy is individualized to the client's needs and goals. I work in both short-term and long-term milieu depending on the client's preferences and needs.
