My hope is that you can find me to be someone who will share with you, express, and help you recall all the humor, the tragedies, the wonders, and the absurdity of living on your journey to take back your power. My specialties are helping people to accept themselves after life’s trauma, interpersonal relationship issues, dissociation, mood disorders, childhood trauma. Some things you’ve waited a long time to talk about. I use various talk & somatic psychotherapies. We tailor our therapies to your needs and preferences.
