My goal is to help you feel present and at ease with yourself. When you find the right therapist for you, there is a sense of safety, curiosity, and lightness about exploring even difficult topics. Couples who work with me communicate better and and identify destructive patterns that keep them from the relationship they want. I'm a licensed psychologist (Ph.D. from Princeton University) with post-doctoral training in relational psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and I've been in private practice for 20 years, helping people to make more conscious choices about their lives.
