Welcome! Starting one’s therapeutic journey takes courage. Embarking on this new path can bring up a lot of mixed emotions such as nervousness, fear, and hope. I believe there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy. Rather than trying to fit you into a specific model, I will look to tailor the field to you and your particular needs. I believe the client is the expert on their own life and I encourage clients to participate in their healing journey to better understand barriers and utilize already existing strengths. Together we can create a space where authenticity, curiosity and challenge is encouraged.
