I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders and complicated relationships with food and their bodies. Many of the clients I work with have also experienced anxiety, trauma, a harsh inner critic, or a deep sense of loneliness—often rooted in experiences of betrayal or feeling unsafe with people they were meant to trust. I don’t view our struggles as personal failures, but as protective responses to lived experiences. We develop ways to cope that make sense—until they no longer serve us and begin to interfere with living a life aligned with our values.
