Accepting new clients: 18 yrs. and above, individuals, couples, in-person and virtual. Accepting LLCs and interns for supervision. I enjoy working with teens and adults and have over 20 years of experience. My ideal client or supervisee participates in the session. If you're unsure, I'll start, and we can adjust as we go. I am an eclectic therapist. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and utilize several other types of therapy in my practice. Furthermore, I use my knowledge of the nervous system, the brain, and how they can work together whenever possible. I am trauma-informed, polyvagal-informed, and neuroscience-informed.
