We all need and deserve assistance in working through life's many challenges and transitions. It is my belief that psychotherapy will provide you with an opportunity to be heard, to solve problems and to build upon your strengths to promote healthy change. My clinical focus includes: trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, couple/family crises and attachment issues. While exploring these difficult situations with you, I use my clinical experience to assist without judgement or shame. I provide an environment of empathy, empowerment and humor (when appropriate) for individuals, couples and families.
