Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I am also certified in emotional intelligence. I've done years of work with young adults, as well as more mature adults, who seek to have greater confidence, self-esteem, or communication skills OR may be navigating various goals that intertwine both personal and professional development. I am passionate about helping others "figure it out" and try to make sense of the world around them in a more optimistic way.
