There are many approaches to addressing the state of life we find ourselves living in. I practice holistic integrative care that addresses the whole person - mind, body, spirit. Healing is a journey, in which I offer support by creating, establishing and maintaining open and direct relationships with clients. My goal is to assist in bringing balance, and restoring energy and passions through traditional therapies or energy based interventions. My focus is to help individuals, couples and families acknowledge the strengths they have and to bring relief to defeating beliefs and behaviors.
