I have experience working with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, trauma, self-harm, interpersonal relationships, and difficulty coping. I have been providing mental health services for about 10 years. My goal for providing services is to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere for clients to share what troubles them most. My approach to therapy is to create an environment that feels safe and empathetic for the client to have the space and support needed to explore deep-rooted issues. I believe the client is the expert in their life and I am present to aid them in achieving their goals along with a more fulfilling life.
