Welcome and thank you for reading about my practice. Compassion for those struggling with difficult thoughts, feelings and life experiences along with trust in our natural capacity for healing are the basic tenants that inspire my work. Therapy can provide the time and space for healthy connection and positive growth. Interweaving research-supported therapies, I facilitate strategies that help clients discover and apply tools that promote well-being in everyday life. My goal is to build safe, therapeutic partnerships that spark resiliency and a greater sense of inner freedom, peace and joy.
