Hi! Thank you for visiting. Are you seeking to better understand yourself, your family/child, or your relationships? Maybe you have suffered from trauma or chronic anxiety and are seeking a path toward healing. I have a passion for working with my fellow humans who are seeking to better understand themselves, the origins of their difficulties, and who wish to find a path and actionable steps forward towards growth. With me, you can find support and resources including therapy and/or neuropsychological assessment for learning or social/emotional/behavioral challenges such as ADHD and autism. I strive to offer a process that feels collaborative and empowering. I offer psychological assessment for school age through adulthood, as well as therapy tailored to the unique needs of you and/or your family. For those who feel stuck in their stories of anxiety, pain, depression, or trauma, I also offer EMDR as an avenue for healing.
