I try to establish a good therapeutic relationship with my clients by striving to make them feel understood. I also try to make my clients feel relaxed by providing therapy in a welcoming, comfortable environment. Since starting my professional career as a therapist over 20 years ago, I have worked with many different people with a wide variety of issues and concerns. I am very comfortable with all ages, genders and individuals, couples and families with issues ranging from everyday stressors and mood disorders to significant trauma.
