Every dark cloud has a silver lining. It might sound cliche, but it's true. There's still hope for a brighter future in spite of any present challenges. I support clients who are dealing with mental health conditions like depression or anxiety as well as those who are facing normal but difficult life situations like stress, grief/loss, relationship/family conflict, or problems at work. I’m deeply passionate about helping people who have difficulty maintaining emotional balance or need support in changing unhealthy mindsets and behaviors. I work with adults, couples, and families from all cultural backgrounds and lifestyles.
