I meet my clients where they are at in life to establish goals that are attainable and allow my clients to feel success and balance. My eclectic theoretical approach incorporates a balance between empathy, validation, and compassion. Life isn't easy and my goal to is help my clients feel more comfortable with how our world is changing in a way that works for them.
