Therese Apontti is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) raised in Los Angeles. She believes everyone is capable of change and is passionate in assisting others reach their highest potential. Therese believes that the door to what we seek starts with self-love, and that the more we learn how to give ourselves the love we need, the greater we can show up in our lives and for others. Therese creates a safe and warm place for clients to be themselves so that they may feel safe to explore ways to live even more authentically. She approaches therapy from a holistic lens through compassion, curiosity, and acceptance.
