Hello, I’m Therese — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Southern Minnesota. I work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships, and who are seeking meaningful, sustainable change. I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, chronic illness, and concerns related to eating disorders or disordered eating. I have a particular interest in working with clients who feel trapped in ongoing struggles with food, body image, or control around eating, especially when these concerns are tied to anxiety, mood, stress, or life transition
