I specialize in working with Asian Americans on issues such as anxiety, stress, relationship and cultural identity issues. 3+ years deep into parenthood, I'm aware of the toll of being a parent of young children and how it changes our relationships to our partner and others. Personal experience with fertility issues has deepened my empathy for those going through this. I make space for both process oriented and result oriented therapy. My clients have shared that they enjoy discussing practical tools that can be practiced outside of session as well as having space to express their thoughts and feelings.
