I help clients build resilience, develop new skills, and improve their well-being in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. Many people say, “I wish I had done this years ago,” and I’m here to make that first step easier. I’ve supported individuals through challenges like anxiety, depression, anger management, and traumatic brain injuries, and I have extensive experience working with LGBTQI clients. My background includes work in hospitals, correctional facilities, and community-based private practice.
