I help adults and adolescents coping with disorders such as anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. Together, we work to reduce the symptoms of these disorders while gaining insight on the causes underlying them. I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and adult attachment. I also have published work on social and emotional intelligence and conducted research on addictions. My passion is to help my clients to become the best possible versions of themselves.
