My name is Thomas Darksmith and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I am based in the Bay Area and serve clients throughout the state of California via telehealth. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using a humanistic and psychodynamic approach. The foundation of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship, based on trust and acceptance. I integrate several modalities (including CBT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy) to help my clients gain perspective and make informed decisions that will ultimately reduce their suffering.
