I work with people in widely varied stages of life, including couples seeking ways to revive the spark in their relationship, young people finding their way into adulthood, people in mid-life grappling with crises–and finding the opportunity to transform their lives in facing them–and retirees who are crafting new, richer ways to live. I have a particular interest in the ways that early childhood experiences and trauma shapes repetitive, counter-productive habits, and how these experiences can be a source of building core strengths and lead to a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationships.
