My name is Tom and I'm here to support and empower you to lead the best, most healthy life that you can, by drawing upon my decade of experience as an LMHC and inspired by a desire to limit or reduce your suffering in any way I can. I seek to be an ally who can support and guide me. I envision a cooperative effort where we work together to achieve what you're looking for. I've worked mostly with individuals with anxiety and mood disorders (including depression and bipolar). I am also very comfortable with life stage transitions, like mid or quarter-life crises, as well as dealing with grief and loss.
