I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Felician University. My passion stems from my life experience, growing up with a brother with severe Autism and OCD. I appreciate and value quality time with family and friends. I have always been an advocate of the importance of the mind/body connection and the role physical fitness and nutrition play in our overall well-being.
