Life is a wonderful journey. Sometimes our choices or circumstances derail us. If addiction or a mental health issue or just poor decision making is holding you back, I can help. As an Ordained Minister, I've been counseling since my training began in 1973. In 2004, I retrained as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. Since then, I have successfully helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, grief & loss, stage of life difficulties, marital problems and spiritual challenges. A significant focus of my work has been with addictions, couples counseling, and clinical supervision for licensure.
