My ideal client is a young professional (18 - 30) who is struggling to find their identity, worth, calling, or “way in life”. This may be due to identity, past traumas, career problems, relationship issues, or family concerns. Their needs and goals include finding direction and the ability to navigate both these situations and anxiety, depression, etc, that tend to be associated with these stresses. Past trauma affects current thinking, and helping a client navigate this challenge is something I can help with.
