Hi, I'm Tom, and I came to therapy after producing music, working restaurants in four states and doing time at a financial tech startup. That decade of wandering taught me that showing up fully for people, even if that means just getting their coffee order right, can make a difference to their day. Now I help people with OCD, anxiety and depression figure out why their brains won't cooperate and what to do about it. I believe therapy can be challenging and enjoyable at the same time. We work collaboratively to identify what's blocking you, then find creative solutions that fit your life so you can move forward and start living.
