Hello. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I have my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College, where I received additional training in couple's counseling. I have been in this field for 30 years. I feel that this is my calling. I thoroughly enjoy the work that my clients and I do together. The clients have stated that they feel comfortable with me, despite the growth process being challenging. I have a different approach than some therapists, where I use humor and story telling, which is less invasive. This is motivating and gives them hope and builds rapport, safety and trust. Through our video visits I will be working with adults who are experiencing difficulty with life stressors, conflict, grief, depression, PTSD and mood disturbances. Through psychodynamic psychotherapy, where we explore early life experiences and how they lead one to respond to situations currently. We talk about how to change the patterns to their life, now.
